How it Works
Here is a brief breakdown of how your consultation will work, and what you can expect once you have completed it!
Confirm Your Appointment
When you submit a consultation request form, a member of our accounts team will reach out to you to confirm your consultation, and run you through all of the important details.
Once you have had this initial conversation, you will be invited to your meeting.
Complete the Consultation
Either meet your host at your chosen location, or join your meeting via the chosen platform (Google Meet, Teams etc.) and get to know us while we get to know you!
Receive ROS
Once your consultation has been completed, we will begin working on your Recommendation of Services pitch, which will outline what service we would recommend for you based on the conversation you had with us.
This is a no-obligation service, and it also includes an estimation of results and how we can see your business grow should you decide to instruct us.
Confirm & Onboard!
Once you are happy, we will send you a formal quotation, and once that's approved we will then enroll you in our client onboarding process, which all can be completed in roughly an hour.
This includes our Terms of Business, Client Onboarding Document, and an invoice for your first month (if applicable).
Your Meeting, Your Way.
We offer all consultations with the option of being in-person or virtual via Google Meet. Our priority is suiting your calendar, and this is why we offer both options to fit your busy week!
In-Person
We can meet you at your business location, or at a local establishment for your consultation*. *Your business address must be an office, or registered store-front such as a retail store. We do not accept home addresses as a meeting location. All in-person meetings must be requested within 5 miles of our service areas.
Virtual
We can hold your consultation via Google Meet or another virtual meeting hosting solution of your choice!
