This Show Policy outlines the rules and expectations for all attendees at any live performance, show, or event featuring Frederick Slator. By purchasing a ticket, attending a performance, or entering any venue or event space where Frederick Slator is performing, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. ADMISSIONS & ENTRY

1.1 Ticketing

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket, e-ticket, or approved guestlist confirmation.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the ticketing provider.

  • All attendees must present proof of purchase upon entry. Screenshots of tickets may not be accepted.

1.2 Right to Refuse Entry

  • Venue management and event security reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who:

  • Appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances

  • Engages in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour

  • Fails to comply with venue staff instructions

  • Attempts to enter restricted areas

  • Presents a risk to public safety

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

1.3 Re-Entry

Re-entry is not guaranteed and is controlled by the venue. Attendees should confirm re-entry policies with staff before exiting the premises.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Age restrictions may vary depending on the venue, but the following general rules apply:

  • 18+ venues: Valid, physical photo ID must be presented (no digital images / photocopies)

  • All-ages or under-18 shows: Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+ unless otherwise stated.

  • Valid ID types: Passport, driving licence/provisional licence, PASS-approved cards.

Fake, defaced, or digital-only IDs will not be accepted. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry if ID cannot be verified.

3. SAFETY & CONDUCT

3.1 Behaviour Expectations

All attendees must behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and fellow guests. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or threatening behaviour will result in immediate removal.

3.2 Crowd Safety

  • Moshing, crowd-surfing, stage diving, or lifting other attendees may be restricted or prohibited depending on the venue.

  • Follow all instructions from security and staff regarding crowd flow, emergency exits, or safety concerns.

3.3 Medical & Welfare

If you feel unwell, overwhelmed, or witness someone in distress, notify a member of staff immediately. Most venues provide welfare or first-aid facilities.

3.4 Accessibility

Accessibility provisions vary by venue. Attendees with accessibility requirements should contact the venue directly in advance to ensure proper arrangements.

4. FORBIDDEN ITEMS

The following items are strictly prohibited at all shows, unless expressly approved by the venue:

4.1 Weapons & Dangerous Items

  • Firearms, knives, blades, or any item deemed a weapon

  • Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, or pyrotechnics

  • Tools, sharp objects, or heavy equipment

4.2 Substances

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Excessive medication without proof of prescription

  • Alcohol not purchased on the premises

4.3 Recording & Equipment

  • Professional cameras, audio recorders, or filming equipment (unless authorised)

  • Tripods, monopods, lighting rigs, selfie sticks (venue-dependent)

4.4 Other Restricted Items

  • Outside food or drink

  • Glass bottles, cans, or hard containers

  • Laser pointers

  • Umbrellas with metal points

  • Oversized bags or backpacks (check venue bag policy)

Any prohibited item found will be confiscated and may be destroyed.

5. BAG CHECKS & SEARCHES

All attendees may be subject to:

  • Bag searches

  • Pat-downs

  • Security scanning or metal detectors

Failure to comply will result in refusal of entry without refund. All screenings are conducted respectfully and in accordance with local law.

6. DRUGS & ALCOHOL

  • Illegal drugs are not permitted under any circumstances.

  • Attendees displaying signs of excessive intoxication may be refused entry or ejected.

  • Venues operate a strict Challenge 25 policy for alcohol purchases.

  • Spiking or tampering with drinks will be reported to the police immediately.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

Casual photography and short personal videos may be allowed depending on the venue. However:

  • No professional-grade equipment without prior approval

  • No unauthorised recording of the performance for commercial use

  • No flash photography if requested by staff or the artist

  • Content that disrupts others’ enjoyment may be restricted

  • Unauthorized recording may result in removal from the venue.

8. MERCHANDISE

Official Frederick Slator merchandise is available only through authorized sellers at the venue or online via Frederick Slator's website.

Counterfeit merchandise is strictly prohibited and may be seized by venue security.

9. EVENTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Show dates, support acts, set times, and venue details may change without prior notice.

In the event of:

  • Rescheduling

  • Venue change

  • Cancellation

Ticket holders should refer to the ticket provider’s policies for refunds or exchanges.

10. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • By attending any Frederick Slator event, you agree that:

  • You enter the venue at your own risk.

  • Neither Frederick Slator nor their management accepts liability for personal injury, lost property, or damage, except where required by law.

  • Attendees must take responsibility for their own belongings.

  • The venue’s public liability insurance applies to incidents occurring on-site.

11. EJECTION FROM THE VENUE

Reasons for immediate removal include (but are not limited to):

  • Violence or aggressive behaviour

  • Harassment or discrimination

  • Attempting to access restricted areas

  • Bringing in prohibited items

  • Excessive intoxication

  • Ignoring safety instructions

  • Attempting to climb on structures, barriers, or the stage

  • Removed attendees will not be refunded.
