Frederick Slator is a UK-based producer, DJ, and electronic music artist working across electronic house, UK garage, drum & bass, and jungle.

Based in Buckinghamshire, Slator represents a new generation of producer-led DJs shaping modern club culture with music built explicitly for dancefloors, parties, and radio environments. At 20 years old, he is a breaking artist transitioning from years of private production work into a fully realised public artist project, combining original releases with high-energy DJ performances.

He is signed to A17 Records, an artist-owned independent label founded by Slator to maintain creative control and deliver structured, long-term releases.

Slator’s debut single, Big Talk, is scheduled for release on 7 February 2026 and marks the first public release from a catalogue developed over more than a decade. Multiple singles will follow throughout 2026, leading into a full summer album release.

His live performances take the form of club and party DJ sets, combining his own productions, exclusive edits and remixes, and carefully selected tracks from other artists, with a clear focus on energy, flow, and crowd response rather than spectacle. Slator has already appeared across radio stations, large public events, parties, and nightclubs, positioning him as a breaking artist with early momentum rather than a developmental newcomer.

His background includes long-standing industry exposure through family members working in music, as well as close ties to family member Nick Movshon, a highly regarded bassist and producer based in the United States.

Over the next 6–12 months, Slator is focused on pushing Big Talk, releasing additional singles, launching his first summer album, expanding press and radio coverage, collaborating with established local artists, and growing his presence across the UK and US markets.
